Jude Samuel, demonstrates a lapel guard sweep called — the ‘Legacy Sweep’. It is a variation with the lapel grip. The sweep is very simple and direct. It doesn’t take much to execute it effectively. Some key factors to keep in mind are:
The strong lapel grip in conjunction with the proper elbow positioning.
